News24 24 reported that President of the Republic of South Africa and African National Congress Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa is not well which the African National Congress Secretary General Fikile Mbalula confirmed and said that President will announce his cabinet reshuffle when he is ready.

Many people didn’t believe that President of the Republic of South Africa and African National Congress Cyril Matamela Ramaphosa is sick but saw that as lame excuse.

The other person who didn’t believe president Ramaphosa that he’s sick is the African National Congress Radical Economic Transformation leader Nathi Sithole.

He said that, “It really better than faking sickness”.
