SAD NEWS: RIP Former Generations actor passed away at the age of 46, wife confirmed

Sad news as Mzansi has lost another popular actor who made his name in the number of local and international drama series. 

According to the source South African actor and producer James Alexander has passed away, James is known in the South African leading television soap Generations, Project Fame which was a Kyk Net popular show, Home Affairs which was a drama for SABC 1, short film called Thoughts and many others. The actor was not just a local actor he also appeared in the international drama series Black Sails, The Boom Of Negroes and Trackers which was premiered on MNet. According to the source the actor stayed in LA for more than 15 years.

The news surrounding the passing of the actor was broke internet on Saturday evening after his wife Anel shared heartfelt message on her Facebook. Anel said that’s “You were my first love, my best friend, my work buddy, my travel buddy, there’s-something-in-your-teeth-buddy. The first person to break my heart and then mend it again. The only person to witness me, all of me: the good, the bad, the pyjamas”, she continued saying how greatful she is, the time she spent with her husband which is 21 years, “You finished the race well, the suffering is over. Now Rest In Peace, my Jamie. Cancer might have won the battle for your body, but your soul was never beaten. I will always love you xxx.”

According to the source, the actor has been suffering from head and neck cancer, he was diagnosed with cancer in January 2019. Rest in peace Sir, condolences to the family, friends and his followers all over the world, he was too talented and sadly passed away at a very young age.
